I'm still here, Lars, still plunking away on my Larrivee D02. I have my eye on a Lakewood acoustic from Germany, the first guitar I've ever played from Europe that sounds decent. Has a woody bass and clear, distinct treble notes, dark Indian rosewood and very white spruce. Has a double rosette of abalone and contrasting rosewood inlay. Guitar Center wants $24oo for it but with a trade-in and jawing, I could probably have it for $1800. Yeah, I'm still daydreaming.
