Tell us about the Taylor!!! I played one at lunch, a little 414. It's got a big sound for an auditorium sized ax. I favor the 400 series for sound and looks...I really like the deep ovengkol grain.

Stop playing "D" chords. Play everything in F# (no capo) and you will rarely require that pesky "D" chord. Maybe Taylor has a cheaper bolt-on neck for your Mustang. We could call it a Mustlor ("t" silent of course) or Taystang? I'm glad when I can contribute.

How California! Ted, let's drill some holes and cut out a slot for a pre-amp. We'll make that new Taylor an electric! Please don't un-bolt the neck and hit me over the head with it. Kidding aside, I'm really just a steel guitar picker but I have enjoyed playing Taylors.
