Alright, enough about pick-ups. It appears that subjects such as these are killing musicians left and right. Casualities appear to be Steve Hess, Katie Quigley, Ted Reece, and Mel. They were real fine folks and I will miss them. May they rest in peace. Lars, Mike, glad you are still alive and kicking!

So far, I'm impressed with the L.R. Baggs dual system. Played with it on the show last night and it sounded real good. Thanks Mike.

A member in my church gave me a Martin DM to use during the services. Although it's not a D-28, it plays and sounds great. My dilemma is that it needs to be electrified if I'm going to get any good use out of it. Tell me about pick-up systems that will require minimal if any drilling. It has to be a good sounding system. No more slapping a pick-up across the sound hole like we did in the 60's and 70's.

Jethro Tull was a good 'ol boy. just like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Lead Zeplin. That Molly Hatchet was a good 'ol girl too.
