>>where's the feedback on mail order basses/guitars?<<
Lars,
If it were a solid body electric, I'd say go for it. I might do it with an acoustic if I had the mail-order company promise that I could send it back if I did not like it. As far as acoustics go, I've played brand new Martin D-28's. Some are really great and some are not so great. It's hard to hand select by mail-order. Auh, go for it! You can always send it back.

Mel,
I saw this guitar for the first time in 1973. It is a Fender Telecaster. I did not know that Schecter and Charvel were around back then. That is cool to know. Thanks.

Mel,
The guitar I I'm referring to is nearly thirty years old. The body, neck, fretboard, and headstock.....all Rosewood.

And the crowd went mild.....Say, has anybody ever seen a Telecaster that is completely rosewood? Has anybody seen Lars? He can't still be out feeding the cows. Could he?
